We are gearing up for our next production (and its a big one). Typically here at WILL we create programs that clients come to us and pay us for. For example the NFL came to us and asked us to create a financial responsibility suite of programs and we did. Over the past couple years we have begun creating programs for ourselves. This started with a program about sexual harassment in the workplace and has grown to a sequel and one in the medical field. We are about to create a new one Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion in the office workspace. This will be a level one training for workspaces to begin questioning and talking about their own diversity, equality, and inclusion at their businesses.

It's a big program and will be a couple weeks of filming (though not all actors will be called every day).

The film will be shot locally to the DC/MD/VA area and we are only casting for local talent. The film will be split into two parts of filming. The first will film for seven to nine days between November 6th and 21st. We will then break and pick back up filming for five to seven days between December 4th and 19th. Most actors will only be called for about a 3rd of total filming. Some actors will be need in both sections but most actors will only be needed for either the November or December shoot.

Rate for this project will be a flat rate for the first 4 hours of filming. If you work 5 mins or 4 hours you will make $125 flat. After that we move to an hourly rate of $33 an hour. We usually shoot a 10-12 hour day so if you work the full day you make around $328-$389 for the day. We provide 1 meal on set for every 6 hours of filming. Craft services are also provided at all times. Since we will are filming locally no travel or housing will be provided. If you are needed for a rehearsal or wardrobe fitting we will add an additional $25 on to your invoice for those.
